      Sunergy is easily the worst company I have ever had to deal with. These people refuse to tell their real names. They string you along. They have installed the panels and the giant obtrusive box on the side of my house near the breaker improperly 4 times now, failing inspections. I am handed off to Jeneva, to Nathanial, to Toby, and all are so full of it liars. They won't tell me last names, tells me they are intentionally dishonest and it is a directive from manager Kyelee Broadhead to be dishonet and hold customers hostage. Her linkedin doesn't even say she works for Sunergy. Nothing this company has done proves trustworthy at any point along the way. They are telling me I need to pay 60% of the contract to get them to remove panels now, but they are very willing to move panels around to keep the contract open....they installed the panels in the front of my house and I said do not do that, we don't want this if they are in the front. They use terms like our engineers changed the installation plan, when in reality the engineers were the orignal installers who decided on their own during a rain storm yo put panels in the front that technically are not even through inspection from the town. No one has even tried to tell me one time when the system might even be up and in place, it has been months since the installation. We should have known. They completely didn't even show the first time, they have been late to do repairs, they haven't bothered to call to move the process forward, I have to make all the calls to them. Filing a BBB complaint and to Florida Public Service commission. No way these reviews in here are real that are for 5 stars. They say they record calls. I would record calls they have with you. They won't share the ones they have, of which I know they lied and misrepresented continually.

      I see numerous of the same, bad installation, failed inspections, and no help at all to resolve this issues. We are currently making solar energy that Sunergy is stealing from us as well. Their char person is Jazmin. They are all liars and fake.

      This is the worst company I've ever met. the are racist and hate Veterans. They mocked me for being a disabled veteran and told me they don't care they screwed up installing my panels. I've been dealing with them for 3 years trying to get my 65,000 dollar panels hooked up right. They admitted in email they did it wrong but do not want to correct their mistake

      I am filing a second complaint with the BBB for Sunergy because my last complaint was closed without ANY resolution. I have called the owner Tony Rudy a half dozen times. He usually doesn't answer and his voicemail has been full for months. He does text me back but short answers. I've reached out to the "manager" Christina Harrold, who was upset I was complaining and actually hung up on me. I've had 4 appts rescheduled over 4+ months due to Sunergy employees just not showing up without any reason. I've reached out to "Casey" who's in charge of inspections, her phone has been off for days with a full voicemail so you cannot leave a message. My sales rep Gabe Tate has never answered his phone after the contract was signed and now is no longer texting back. He has a google phone number. I've called the company every week, multiple times per week for months, just to be on hold for hours, transferred, disconnected, or promised I would be called back... no one is giving me answers or calling back EVER, and I'm starting to wondering if this company is on the verge of bankruptcy? I started a BBB claim last month with Kylee Broadhouse, whos made a lot of broken promises and then just out of no where closed my claim with zero resolution. Shopping for lawyers, not sure what to do. 28 brand new panels installed on my roof over 4 months ago, $54,000 and solar is still not turned on due to repeated failed inspection from the county. This has been a complete nightmare!!

      Do not trust the salesmen/women from Sunergy Solar company. You will be paying $64,000 for solar panels on your roof. Your power will go out when everyone else's power goes out. They will put the panels up on your roof then will tell you, you your roof is in poor condition and need roof repairs. You will need to call the Sunergy company to schedule the removal and storage of the panels but can never get them on the phone to schedule this. When you finally do, they will charge you $3,000 to remove, store, and put the panels back up unless you use their roofing company, but they will not tell you this. In their sales pitch they tell you that they take the panels down and store them for free. It is impossible to schedule to have your roof replaced. You will need to call back constantly, or you will not get results.

      I had to refinance my house to get the money to pay for the new roof and the refinance took 3 months because Sunergy Solar wouldn't sign the Notice of Commencement.

      So, unless you want to have solar panels running your daily life. Don't go with Sunergy Solar.

      They drag their feet in the permitting process. We have been calling them weekly with questions like .. Why didnt you address the city comments? Why didn't you pay the permit? Why are you doing nothing? They also showed up to my house unannounced, a day after we complained. Check our their Better Business Bureau reviews. I wish I never contracted with them. Very disorganized and unprofessional. They are using the hurricane on the other side of Florida from over a year ago as to why their engineers are slow. Makes no sense.

      Worst experience I've ever encountered in my entire LIFE! Absolute nightmare! They began the process by delivering someone else's equipment to my home which sat in my yard for weeks. This completely destroyed half of my yard. I sent in pictures of the damage and I was completely ignored. Our roof started to leak shortly after installed as well. Had to wait an entire month for them to come back out and fix the leak. they agreed to come out and fix it twice and the company no called no showed twice! The water leak Destroyed my entire kitchen. Company will not acknowledge the damage and has had a complete lack of communication nor interest the entire time. I had to come out of pocket to fix my own home. It's now been almost 8 months and my solar system is still not connected and now we have a bill from Fpl and our solar company. Sunergy installers wired my solar panels incorrectly and now my home will not pass inspection. Christina Stomper from Sunenergy was disturbingly rude for no reason. She denies receiving any emails from me showing pictures and proof of damage. Says she wants me to send pics in for a THIRD time now which is completely ridiculous. I asked to speak to her corporate office, her manager, and she told me she cannot give me that information and hung up on me. This type of service is unacceptable and I just want it to be known so other people don't have to endure what we've gone through. We are completely exhausted financially, and mentally from this entire ordeal. No one from Sunergy has made an effort to reach out and communicate with us at all. Now we are over $100,000+ in debt, paying for electric utilities DOUBLE the amount and still have no solar.

      If I could give this company zero stars I would. They installed my solar 3.5 years ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They made promises they could not keep in reference to the performance of the system and batteries. They took over a month to install the panels after they were delivered to my home. Once installed they had to add more because of their bad system design. When they added panels they did not install the additional invertor which at 3 years caused a complete failure of the one inverter. I had to file a claim with the manufacturer for the invertor. when Sunergy came to install the warranty replacement they charged me $400.00 (I had been paying for the system and my power bill while they drug their feet). Their installer shows up without bringing the part then tells me I actually need 2 invertors or this one will burn up too from being overloaded, like this one did. Clearly an installation issue. The original contract included a 5 year installation warranty..... They are refusing to refund the $400 I paid for the service call that was clearly caused by Sunergy ineptitude. I am consulting an attorney. They no longer return my calls or respond to emails. RUN FAR RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY!

      Prospective consumers, please do not use Sunergy Solar for an installation on solar panels. The company uses deceptive and unethical practices to prey on the elderly. The sales pitch is really good, but after the installation is when crap hits the fan. They underestimate the number of panels required to reserve the solar energy captured from the sun. As a result, you end up with no saving on electric at all. I live in Texas and have had my panels for almost a year. I still receive a huge utility bill. When I called over 50 times during a 4-month period, they made excuses as to why the panels were not working as expected. Hell, the local power company confirmed that they did not install enough panels to produce what my 1500 square foot home required. I filed with the Better Business Bureau as well. It is my intent here to avoid others from being taken advantage of and you remain on the hook for over $30K to pay off something that does not work due to a signed contract. Please do you research and go with a reputable company, as Sunergy Solar are charalatans.

      This company has ruined our life. Literally. We are now going to be filing bankruptcy all due to this company. I had 53 panels installed 3 years ago. I was promised by the sales rep after seeing my electric bills that 53 panels would be more than enough to cover our electric bills plus bank some. I pay $375 a month for my solar loan and thought wow what a great deal! My average electric bills ran around $300 in winter and $600 in summer. My panels have NEVER generated more than $180 in any given month! Who in their right mind would agree to pay $375 a month to save an average of $175 off their electric bill? If my panels produce $200 a month(and thats stretching it as it never has) it would take me 43 years just to break even on my loan! So after 43 years (when I am 83 years old) I would THEN start seeing savings! I pay so much more now than I did before going solar. I have fought with them for 3 years. They (Luke and Libby mostly) have lied and said several times they'd come measure my roof and add another 40+ panels plus upgrade my current panels. Never happens. They're at the point where they won't even respond to me now. Check the BBB reviews and see that over 60 other complaints are EXACTLY the same as mine! This company will tell you that they're putting enough panels to cover your electricity, but the panels don't even generate what you're paying for the loan, then tell you sorry we said in the fine print we won't guarantee how much power they generate. They rob you blind! Horrible company. Again, check all their BBB complaints before using this company. Most of the reviews here on google are fake!
